The invention discloses a tobacco field microecological preparation with function of preventing and controlling soil-borne diseases and a preparation method thereof. The microecological preparation comprises an organic fertilizer, humic acid and a beneficial microbial flora, and the beneficial microbial flora is composed of solid microbial agents formed through culture fermentation of beneficial fungi, beneficial bacteria and beneficial actinomycetes, wherein the volume ratio of the solid microbial agent of the beneficial fungi to the solid microbial agent of the beneficial bacteria to the solid microbial agent of the beneficial actinomycetes is 1:1:1. Fermented sheep manure and humic acid are taken as main base materials, the product contains a large number of superior beneficial microbial flora isolated from tobacco rhizosphere soil, therefore the product can effectively increase the number of beneficial microbial floras in tobacco rhizosphere and improve the micro-ecological environment of rhizosphere soil, thereby promoting good growth of tobaccoes, effectively antagonizing pathogenic bacteria in the soil, reducing occurrence of soil-borne diseases, and reducing the use amountof chemical agents. The microecological preparation has positive theoretical significance and practical application value for protecting ecological environment of tobacco fields, implementing ''comprehensive management'' of tobacco pests, and improving the high-tech content of modern tobacco agriculture.
