The weight ratio of seeds, a seed coating agent and a bonding agent is 1 to 50 to 10; each tobacco developing and anti-faking pelleted seed comprises three pelleting layers, an inner layer is a nucleation granulation layer coating the seed, a middle layer is a primary pelleting layer coating the nucleation granulation layer, an outer layer is a secondary pelleting layer coating the primary pelleting layer, the weight ratio of the three pelleting layers is 3 to 3 to 4, and the three pelleting layers integrally or respectively contain the seed coating agent containing 1.0% of soluble starch and the bonding agent containing 20.0% of water soluble starch. A processing method of the pelleted seed comprises the steps of respectively spraying the seed coating agent containing 1.0% of soluble starch and the bonding agent containing 20.0% of water soluble starch to the bonding agent and the seed coating agent in a nucleation granulation process, a primary pelleting process and a secondary pelleting process, so as to prepare the pelleted seed. The pelleted seed is inspected according to a condition that a reactant of the reaction between iodine and starch is blue. The processing method of the anti-faking pelleted seed is simple and safe, the anti-faking period of validity is long, the splitting performance of the pelleted seed can be improved, and the inspection method is simple and convenient, high in speed and low in cost.
