Tobacco column metabonomics analysis method based on gas chromatographic mass spectrometry

The invention discloses a tobacco column metabonomics analysis method based on gas chromatographic mass spectrometry. The tobacco column metabonomics analysis method comprises the steps of sample pretreatment, chromatography-mass spectrography separation, identification of metabolite structures, quantitative analysis of metabolites and data analysis. Polar metabolites and nonpolar metabolites of a tobacco column are respectively extracted by adopting a polar solvent and a nonpolar solvent, all metabolites collected by gas chromatography-mass spectrography are qualitatively identified by adopting a preservation index and a mass spectrographic spectrogram database, and all collected metabolites are quantitatively analyzed by adopting a non-target quantitative analysis method. By adopting the method, an important reference can be provided for the tobacco column metabonomics related research.
