The solid initiator contains the following components in percentage by weight: 50%-80% of anion spheres and 20%-50% of medical stone spheres, wherein the particle sizes of the anion spheres are 2mm-3mm, the anion burst size is 40000 per cm, and the particle sizes of the medical stone spheres are 5mm-6mm. The preparation method of the solid initiator comprises the following steps of: (1) respectively soaking the anion spheres and the medical stone spheres in water for 10 minutes, filtering the water, and respectively placing the anion spheres and the medical stone spheres; and (2) uniformly mixing 50%-80% of the anion spheres and 20%-50% of the medical stone spheres according to the volume ratio, so as to prepare the solid initiator for increasing the activity of the seeds. The application method of the solid initiator comprises the following steps of: (3) putting the solid initiator for increasing the activity of the seeds into a mesh bag, adding seeds which are equal to 20% of the total volume of the solid initiator into the mesh bag, and uniformly mixing; (4) putting the mesh bag into an electric roller, rotating, and spraying atomized water to the mesh bag every one hour; and (5) rotating the mesh bag for 48-52 hours, so as to finish the initiation of the seeds. According to the solid initiator, the anion spheres can stably release anions, so that common water can be converted into activated water, the movement of water molecules is accelerated, and the initiation effect is improved; the medical stone spheres have good adsorbability and are capable of adsorbing impurities and harmful substances in water.3>
