Prevention and treatment method for reducing SO2 toxic hazard during dense tobacco leaf baking

Fuente: WIPO "tobacco agriculture"
The invention relates to a prevention and treatment method for reducing SO2 toxic hazard during dense tobacco leaf baking, and belongs to the technical field of flue-cured tobacco modulation. The prevention and treatment method is characterized in that: a, a furnace roof and a furnace body of a heat supply device are welded and sealed at one time; a convex concave part of an ash removal port is kept flat, and the four corners of the convex concave part are kept horizontal and sealed with asbestos ropes; and sealing inspection is performed after each ash removal process is finished; b, the distance between a coal charging port and an air inlet of a ventilation and dehumidification system and the distance between an ash hole and the air inlet of the ventilation and dehumidification system are 2.5 to 3.0m respectively; c, fresh tobacco leaves are air-dried and packaged without attached water; and the relative humidity of the air is controlled to be 90 to 10 percent during an entire tobacco leaf baking process; and d, the tobacco packaging density is controlled to be 35 to 45kg/m. Compared with the prior art, the method has the characteristics of low reconstruction cost, capability of obviously reducing SO2 toxic hazard symptom and is easy to learn, understand and master, and is suitable for dense tobacco leaf baking under the different ecological environmental conditions of Chinese tobacco planting areas.3>
