According to the method, chlorsulfuron is used as a template molecule; methacrylic acid is used as a functional monomer; trimethylolpropanetrimethacrylate is used as a crossing linking agent; zaodiisobutyronitrile is used as an initiator; methylene dichloride is used as a solvent; a precipitation polymerization method is used for synthesizing the chlorsulfuronmolecularly imprinted polymer with high selective adsorption material. The preparation method has the advantages that the cost is low; the synthesis process is simple; the reaction conditions can be easily controlled; the prepared chlorsulfuronmolecularly imprinted polymer can be used for solid phase extraction filling material and high performance liquid chromatographycombination, and can be used for purifying tobacco samples and detecting the content of trace chlorsulfuron.
