The baking method comprises the specific steps of recovery, pole dividing, stove feeding and baking, specifically, tobacco leaves fed into a stove are baked, after the yellowing stage, the color fixing period and the dry reinforcement period, and baked tobacco leaves are obtained. According to the methods, on the one hand, the nitrogen application rate of the tobacco leaves is controlled during cultivation, synthesis of serine content of the tobacco leaves is effectively improved, on the other hand, the baking time is controlled,the baking technology is optimized, the percent conversion of the serine content in the tobacco leaves is reduced, and the quality of the cigarette aroma is improved.
