The invention discloses parent soil for preventing and controlling tobacco black shank. The parent soil is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 1 part of a composite biocontrol bacteria microbial organic fertilizer, 1-2 parts of straw pellets and 1-2 parts of soil particles. The invention further discloses methods for preparing and using the parent soil for preventing and controlling tobacco black shank. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing the composite biocontrol bacteria microbial organic fertilizer; then uniformly mixing the composite biocontrol bacteria microbial organic fertilizer, the straw pellets and the soil particles according to a proportion; and drying to obtain the parent soil for preventing and controlling tobacco black shank. The using method comprises the step of diluting the parent soil by a factor of 50-100 times by using field cultivation soil to replace diseased plant soil to fill the gaps with seedlings or serve as temporary plant nutrient soil, pond filling soil, film pressing soil or cultivation soil surrounding tobacco plants to prevent and control tobacco black shank. The parent soil is capable of forming an effective protective layer at root systems which are easily affected by diseases, so that bacteria invasion can be stopped, the soil structure of root systems can be improved, organic matters can be increased, the activity of the root systems can be reinforced, the growth of tobacco plants can be promoted, and the aim of whole-process control on diseases can be achieved.
