The invention provides a non-invasive quantitative seedling inoculating method of phytophthora nicotianae. The method comprises the following steps: adding 1 to 2% of glucose based on the weight of an MS (Murashige and Skoog) liquid culture medium to the MS liquid culture medium to obtain suspension; adding phytophthora nicotianae zoospore to the suspension to obtain zoospore suspension at concentration of 1-2*106 zoospores per ml; planting phytophthora nicotianae seedling at 6-8 leaf stages to a high-temperature sterilized bottle in which perlite is filled; feeding the zoospore suspension; transferring to a greenhouse at temperature of 28 to 30 DEG C and relative humidity of 80 to 90% to inosculate; investigating state of morbidity once appearing. With the adoption of the inoculating method, both time and force can be saved, the complex infection rate of the phytophthora nicotianae seedling is low, and morbidity easily occurs by a natural inflection manner.
