The invention belongs to the technical field of curing of flue-cured tobacco, and particularly relates to a curing method for promoting rapid and uniform yellowing of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The method includes the following steps that hot air internal circulation dehumidification is conducted in the flue-cured tobacco leaf curing process, the circulation air humidity is increased, and the circulation air CO2 content is increased. According to the flue-cured tobacco curing room, hot air internal circulation dehumidification in the flue-cured tobacco curing process is adopted, an air inlet door and a dehumidification window are sealed on the basis of existing curing room equipment, and hot air circulates in the curing room; a 3-4kW dehumidifier is additionally arranged, and vaporous water in circulating air in the curing barn is converted into liquid water to be discharged out of the curing barn; and returning heat released by moisture phase change to the curing barn. Compared with a conventional flue-cured tobacco leaf curing process, the flue-cured tobacco leaf curing process has the advantages that the relative humidity of the circulating air is improved by 3%-5%, and the relative humidity is improved by 80%-90%. Compared with a conventional flue-cured tobacco leaf curing process, the method for increasing the content of CO2 in circulating air has the advantages that the content of CO2 in circulating air is increased by 30%-50%, and the concentration of CO2 is 0.070%-0.080%; hot air is internally circulated, tobacco leaves are subjected to respiratory metabolism to generate CO2, and the CO2 content of circulating air is increased.
