The invention discloses a method for tobacco metabonomics analysis based on gaschromatographic mass spectrometry. The method comprises sample pretreatment, chromatography - mass spectrometry separation, metabolite structural identification, metabolite quantitative analysis and data analysis. A polar solvent and a nonpolar solvent are adopted to respectively extract tobacco polar metabolites and nonpolar metabolites, retention indexes and a mass spectrometry graph library are adopted to quantitatively identify all metabolites collected by gaschromatographic mass spectrometry, and all the collected metabolites are analyzed quantitatively by adopting a non-target quantitative analysis method. The establishment of the method provides an important reference for related research of tobacco metabonomics.
