Method for preventing tobacco from rotting during tobacco curing

The invention relates a method for preventing tobacco from rotting during tobacco curing, in particular to a technique capable of preventing tobacco from rotting during tobacco curing, and belongs to the technical field of tobacco processing and preparing methods. The method mainly includes (1) finding out fresh tobacco leaves infected by rotting bacteria, and then using agricultural streptomycin spray to perform prevention and treatment; (2) when a furnace is fulfilled with the tobacco leaves entirely, operating a circulating fan for more than 2 hours; (3) controlling the temperature not to be lower than 35 DEG C in the period of yellowing; (4) allowing to perform proper ventilation and dehumidification and control the corresponding humidity to be lower than 87.7% in the period of yellowing, and enhancing the ventilation and dehumidification and control the corresponding humidity to be lower than 49.7% in the period of color fixing; (5) controlling the corresponding humidity to be lower than 37.1% in the period of leaf drying, and controlling the corresponding humidity to be lower than 21% in the period of rib drying; (6) filling the tobacco uniformly, and filling dilutedly in a proper manner; (7) when the humidity of the curing room is high, mounting forced dehumidifying equipment additionally. The method is simple in process and easy to operate, appearance and quality of cured tobacco are good, and the tobacco can be prevented from rotting.
