The invention discloses a method for measuring and calculating the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient absorbed amount of flue-cured tobacco, especially the absorptive amount of a certain nutrient of a tobacco plant, and further, the soil fertilizer supply capability and fertilizer utilization ratio of plantation of tobacco leaves are obtained. When the tobacco leaves at the middle part of the tobacco plant are mature, the percentage of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the tobacco leaves is measured, then the absorptive amount of a certain nutrient of the tobacco plant can be obtained through equation operation based on the measured content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and further, the soil fertilizer supply capability and the fertilizer utilization ratio of the plantation of the tobacco leaves are obtained. According to the invention, the multi-point test and analysis for multiple years show that the nutrient absorbed amount (g/plant) can be measured and calculated through relevant equations as long as the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content in the middle leaves (in the 9th-10th leaf positions) of the flue-cured tobacco is measured, and the practical production application proves that the method is convenient, rapid, accurate and practical.
