The invention discloses a method for inducing fast rooting of cluster buds of tobacco leaves. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting and cutting off the cluster buds of the tobacco leaves with uniform and consistent growth and seedling height of 2.0cm-3.0cm, removing the bottom leaves, and retaining the top leaves and terminal buds; and carrying out constant-temperature culture on the cluster buds for 12-14 days under a conventional lighting condition, at 26-28 DEG C and with relative humidity in a culture bottle being more than 90%, wherein the culture bottle is used to contain a culture medium, and the cluster buds of the tobacco leaves are put in a manner that the top leaves contact the root-inducing culture medium and the terminal buds are distanced from the surface of the culture medium by 0.5cm-1.0cm. According to the characteristics of nutrient substance absorption and polar translocation of growth substances of the naturalized tobacco leaves, the cluster buds are taken as a root inducing material, and an inverted culture mode is adopted to realize fast rooting of the cluster buds of the tobacco leaves. Compared with a conventional forward arrangement mode, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the rooting efficiency of the cluster buds is improved, the rooting time is shortened by 9-12 days, and the culture time and the culture space are saved; and an induced root system is not in contact with the culture medium, so that the root cleaning operation in seedling exercising is omitted, labor is saved, and the application prospect of the method is wide.
