The method adopts the following important technical measures: (1) gathering tobacco leaves when the tobacco leaves are mature enough to turn green yellow, the apexes of the tobacco leaves turn yellow and yellow spots occur on the surfaces of the tobacco leaves; (2) charging the tobacco leaves into furnaces (nine furnaces properly) with the charging density of 40-45/m; and (3) baking the tobacco leaves in strict accordance with an operation method and technological parameters.
