The method for extracting, separating and purifying the FI leaf protein in the tobacco leaf comprises sample collecting, FI leaf protein extracting, FI leaf protein separating, FI leaf protein purifying and FI leaf protein crystallizing. The method for extracting, separating and purifying the FI leaf protein in the tobacco leaf can effectively improve the purity and the recovery rate of the FI leaf protein, facilitate non-cigarette application expanding of tobacco leaf and helping efficient utilization of the tobacco leaf resource.
