A method for determining TSNAs in smoke based on one-step purification and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry comprises the following steps: collecting particulate matters in mainstream smoke of cigarettes by adopting a Cambridge filter, transferring the particulate matters to a centrifugal tube, adding an internal standard mixed solution and water at the same time, and carrying out vortex extraction at room temperature; centrifuging, transferring an extracting solution to a centrifugal tube, adding dichloromethane at the same time, carrying out vortex, centrifuging again, transferring a lower-layer dichloromethane clear solution to another centrifugal tube, transferring the centrifugal tube to a water bath, and standing to volatilize dichloromethane; adding water to redissolve the extract and transferring the solution to a small sample injection bottle; and then carrying out chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis. The invention develops a simple method for analyzing the TSNAs in the cigarette mainstream smoke. According to the method, TSNAs in smoke particulate matters are extracted by adopting water, and a water extract is purified by adopting a one-step liquid-liquid extraction method. According to the method, a better purification effect and better analysis sensitivity are obtained, the operation is simple, the purification effect is good, and the application range is wide.
