Method for detecting residual quantity of dinocap in tobacco

The invention discloses a method for detecting residual quantity of dinocap in tobacco. The method comprises the following steps: extracting tobacco samples by adopting an improved QuEChERS technologyextraction method; performing a purification using a C18 dispersion adsorbent; performing a detection using gas chromatography-negative chemical source ionization mass spectrometry; and performing aquantification utilizing an external standard method. The results show that the dinocap has a good linear relation in the range of 0.01 to 0.5 mg/L, the correlation coefficient (r) is greater than0.99, the detection limit is 0.02 mg/kg, the recovery rate of the dinocap in tobacco is 95.83% to 102.34%, and the relative standard deviation is 3.75% to 5.30%. According to the method for detectingresidual quantity of dinocap in tobacco, the method is simple and rapid in sample pretreatment; the sensitivity, the accuracy and the precision all meet the pesticide residue detection requirement, and the method is suitable for detection of the residual quantity of dinocap in tobacco.2>
