The tobacco leaves with high nicotinecontent are cultivated through a fertilizer applying regulating technology, the method for cultivating the tobacco leaves with high nicotine content by utilizing the humic acid fertilizer and the water-soluble amino acid fertilizer is provided, the tobacco leaves with high nicotine content can be cultivated, the nicotine content of the tobacco leaves of all parts of flue-cured tobacco is increased by 30%-50%, and a beneficial way is provided for production of the tobacco leaves with high nicotine content to meet the requirements of the cigarette industry for reducing tar and harmful components in the smoke.
