The bottom of a seed bin is provided with a seed control valve; a sorting mechanism is arranged below the seed control valve;a seed outlet of the sorting mechanism is provided with a sowing guide tube; the upper middle of the seed bin is provided with a handle; the handle is provided with a driving mechanism extended downto the lower portion of the sorting mechanism; the driving mechanism is connected sequentially with the seed control valve and the sorting mechanism such that the driving mechanism is in moving fit with the seed control valve and the sorting mechanism in sequence; the sorting mechanism includes a sorting disc and a sorting housing; the sorting housing of circular structure mating with the sortingdisc is coaxially arranged on the sorting disc; the sorting disc and the sorting housing are in clearance fit such that the spindle can drive the sorting disc to rotate in the sorting housing; the periphery of the sorting disc is evenly provided with a plurality of seed cavities; the top of the sorting housing is provided with a seed feeding port; the bottom of the sorting housing is provided witha seed discharging port. The manual dibbling apparatus has the advantages that sowing quantity during sowing is easy to fix and control, seed waste is avoided, sowing efficiency is greatly improved,and sowing cost is reduced.
