Fecha de publicación: 02/07/2014 Fuente: WIPO "tobacco agriculture" The invention discloses a magnetic immunochromatographic test strip for detecting the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and a preparation method thereof. The test strip comprises a magnetic sample pad, a nitrocellulose membrane, an absorbent pad and a back board, wherein a detection zone and a quality control zone, which are separated from each other, are arranged on the nitrocellulose membrane; the detection zone contains a TMV coating antibody; the quality control zone contains an anti-antibody which can be specifically bound with a TMV labelled antibody. After a sample to be tested is added to the magnetic sample pad, the magnetic field intensity of the detection zone is measured by using a superparamagnetic resonance spectrometer MAR, and the positive or negative results of the sample are determined by comparing the magnetic field intensity with the critical value; the measurement results of the quality control zone serve as the quality control internal standards of the measurement method. The test strip provided by the invention achieves objective measurement of the TMV and has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, high speed, simplicity, convenience and the like. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple in preparation steps and saves cost.
