Low-temperature dry stem baking process method for flue-cured tobacco

Fuente: WIPO "tobacco agriculture"
The invention discloses a low-temperature dry stem baking process method for flue-cured tobacco. According to the method, on the premise of not changing a yellowing period and color fixing period of aconventional baking process, after the conventional baking process is executed to the end of the color fixing period, the final target dry bulb temperature in a dry stem period does not need to be fixed to 68 DEG C as before, only wet bulb control temperature needs to be properly set according to or be slightly higher than the highest temperature of the color fixing period, and then by properly increasing the ventilation amount or by means of a dehumidifying machine (such as a heat pump dehumidifier and other condensation type internal dehumidifying modes or other physical and chemical dehumidifying modes), the relative humidity in a baking room is effectively reduced gradually. The relative humidity Rh generated by maintaining wet bulb temperature corresponding to the dry bulb temperature in the dry stem period is equal to or slightly lower than the relative humidity Rh corresponding to the dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature in the dry stem period of the conventional baking process, and finally, it is ensured that the tobacco is completely dried within the time specified by the process.
