The present invention discloses a high-efficiency irrigation method for flue-cured tobacco based on narrow-plant and wide-row cultivation. The method comprises the following steps: a plant alternativeirrigation method is used for irrigation, n tobacco seedlings are planted in each row, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 7, and a whole growth period consists of m irrigation periods,m is an integer greater than or equal to 3; in an mth irrigation: when m is an odd number, a center position between first and second plants, a center position between third and fourth plants, a center position between fifth and sixth plants ... a center position between n-3th and n-2th plants and a center position between n-1th and nth plants are irrigated; and when m is an even number, a centerposition between second and third plants, a center position between fourth and fifth plants, a center position between sixth and seventh plants ... a center position between n-4th and n-3th plants anda center position between n-2th and n-1th plants are irrigated. Under a premise of ensuring growth and development of tobacco plants, the amount of irrigation water in tobacco fields is reduced and irrigation benefits of the flue-cured tobacco are improved.
