The heat exchange device comprises two parallel hexagonal shells, a flow guiding plate, a pre-cooling heat pipe heat exchanger, a preheating heat pipe heat exchanger, a heat insulation block, a movable base, a movable base guide rail and a heating block. According to the heat exchange device, by matchingwith a heat pump unit of the flue-cured tobacco baking barn, a preheating function and/or a precooling function can be enabled as required in a production process, and the preheating function and theprecooling function can be disabled at the same time. The heat exchange device is flexible to operate and has the advantages of saving energy, reducing consumption and being simple in structure and convenient to maintain.
