The invention relates to a grafting technique for integrating tobacco variety properties, and belongs to the technical field of grafting and culture in agriculture. A tobacco variety resisting blackleg, root-knot nematode root and stalk diseases or simultaneously resisting blackleg and tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) is taken as a stock, a variety which has good quality even if infected with the root and stalk diseases is taken as a cion, and a tobacco seedling for grafting has the seedling age of 40-70 days and has the height of 6-20cm. The root and stalk diseases in the field can be effectively controlled under the condition that pesticides are not used, production and income are increased, and the environment is not affected.
