Genome-wide selection model for predicting tobacco plant height and application thereof

Fuente: WIPO "tobacco agriculture"
The invention discloses a genome-wide selection model for predicting tobacco plant height and the application thereof. The genome-wide selection model for predicting tobacco plant height is Bayes APH.In order to make the prediction accuracy of the model to the phenotypic value of the tobacco plant height the optimum, the core parameters such as the number of molecular markers (n1), the size of atraining population (n2), the ratio of the training population to the test population (n3), and the model prediction accuracy value (n4) in the Bayes A candidate prediction model acquired through preliminary screening are explicitly stipulated. The application is an application of using the genome-wide selection model Bayes APH to analyze the genotype data of a tobacco population to predict the plant height thereof. According to the invention, the genome-wide selection model Bayes APH of the tobacco plant height can accurately predict the height value of each plant in the population based on the genotype data of the tobacco population, so as to realize the breeding of good varieties (lines) of medium-and-high stalk, short stalk, and semi-short stalk in tobacco plant height breeding.
