The flue-cured tobacco management method includes the following steps: 1) a step of gray level identification and first spraying, namely a step of carrying out the gray tobacco level identification on tobacco plants with grey tobacco, classifying gray flue-cured tobacco disease levels into six grades, and carrying out the first spraying according to the grey tobacco levels; and 2) a step of tobacco leaf gray level re-identification and secondary spraying, namely a step of carrying out gray tobacco level identification again on the tobacco plants 10 to 20 days after the first spraying and carrying out the secondary spraying according to the gray tobacco level until the gray tobacco level does not exceed degrade 2. The method of the invention effectively alleviates the occurrence of gray tobacco in the field by determining the gray tobacco level ofan injured tobacco field and the application of salicylic acid. The method of the invention can effectively improve a health degree of tobacco leaves and a grade of tobacco leaves after flue-curing,and provides theoretical and technical support for controlling gray tobacco in the field.
