In a seedling exercising period, partial nutritional liquid can be discharged by opening the pond membrane on one end of the floating pond, the nutritional liquid surface is enabled to be lower than the seedling exercising frame, a seedling raising tray is supported on the seedling exercising frame, a root system of a tobacco seedling is completely suspended in the air to be exercised; in the seedling raising period, the nutritional liquid in the floating pond can play the role in moisturizing, and water can be sprayed to the seedling by virtue of the watering head.
