Flue-cured tobacco curing process with alternate variable-pressure operation

Fuente: WIPO "tobacco agriculture"
The invention belongs to the technical field of flue-cured tobacco curing, and particularly relates to a flue-cured tobacco curing process technology for alternate variable-pressure operation. Comprising the following steps: establishing a curing barn pressure-adjustable tobacco loading chamber, and adding a modulation process combination for alternate variable-pressure operation. On the basis of air outlet and air return port equipment of the existing hot air circulation bulk curing barn, a valve capable of controlling airflow is added; when the dry-bulb temperature is 32-36 DEG C and the air pressure is 200-250 Pa, 200 Pa, 225 Pa and 250 Pa, each pressure point operates for 1.0 h in a stable pressure manner, and the operation is alternately performed once every 3 h; the dry-bulb temperature is 37-43 DEG C, the air pressure is 150-200 Pa, 150 Pa, 175 Pa and 200 Pa, each pressure point operates for 1.0 h at a stable pressure, and the operation is alternately performed once every 3 h; the dry-bulb temperature is 44-48 DEG C, the air pressure is 50-150 Pa, 50 Pa, 100 Pa and 150 Pa, each pressure point operates for 1.0 h at a stable pressure, and the operation is alternately performed once every 3 h; the dry-bulb temperature is 49-53 DEG C, the air pressure is-100-50 Pa,-100 Pa,-25 Pa and 50 Pa, each pressure point operates for 1.0 h at a stable pressure, and the operation is alternately performed once every 3 h; the dry-bulb temperature is 54-68 DEG C, the air pressure is-120 to-100 Pa,-120 Pa,-110 Pa and-100 Pa, each pressure point operates for 1.0 h at a stable pressure, and the operation is alternately performed once every 3 h. The device has the characteristics of efficiently discharging moisture in tobacco leaves and improving the tobacco leaf curing quality.
