The method comprises the steps of tobacco seedling culture, tobacco seedling transplanting and field management. The flue-cured tobacco root growth environment can be effectively improved, proper conditions are provided for elongation growth of flue-cured tobacco roots, the flue-cured tobacco root length density and depth indexes are effectively enlarged, the root structure is optimized, and growth and development of overground parts of flue-cured tobacoo are promoted.
