The invention discloses a cultivation method capable of increasing ripeness of flue-cured tobacco in rainy and less-sunshine days. The cultivation method comprises the steps of topping and branch removal, bottom leaf removal, moisture surface weeding, reflective film laying, leaf spot disease control and anti-freezing foliage fertilizer spraying. Through topping, branch removal and bottom leaf removal, the flue-cured tobacco group structure can be effectively optimized, the ventilation and light transmission properties of a tobacco field can be enhanced, and distribution of nutrient substancesof tobacco plants can be improved; after moisture surface weeding, reflective films are laid, the light environment of the tobacco field can be improved, photosynthesis and dry substance accumulationof the flue-cured tobacco can be enhanced, and the soil temperature of plough layers can be increased; leaf spot disease control mainly aims at brown spot, weather spot disease and anthracnose easilyoccurring in the tobacco field in rainy and less-sunshine days; anti-freezing foliage fertilizer spraying can enhance anti-freezing capacity of the tobacco plants under low-temperature stress and avoid or reduce low-temperature freezing injury. To sum up, the method has significant influence in increasing net photosynthetic rate, disease resistance and anti-freezing capacity of the flue-cured tobacco in the rainy and less-sunshine days and can effectively increase the ripeness of the flue-cured tobacco in the rainy and less-sunshine days.
