Concoction technology for improving quality of fresh scent tobacco

The invention discloses a concoction technology for improving quality of fresh scent tobacco and belongs to the technical filed of tobacco concoction. The concoction technology sequentially comprises four steps namely a yellowing period, a withering period, a color fixing period and a vein drying period. In the yellowing period, the temperature of dried balls is rose to a temperature ranging from 37.0 to 38.0 DEG C from a natural temperature, the temperature of wet balls is rose to the temperature ranging from 47.0 to 48.0 DEG C from a natural temperature at a temperature rising speed of 1.5 DEG C +/- 0.5 DEG C every hour, and roasting is performed until tobacco blue veins at a high temperature layer are changed into yellow sheets. In the withering period, the temperature of the dried balls is rose to a temperature ranging from 47.0 to 48.0 DEG C, the temperature of the wet balls is adjusted to the temperature ranging from 38.0 to 39.0 DEG C at a temperature rising speed of 1.5 DEG C +/- 0.5 DEG C every hour, and roasting is performed until one thirds to half of the tobacco leaves at the high temperature layer are dried and tobacco hooked curved edges at the lower temperature layer are fully withered. In the color fixing period, the temperature of the dried balls is rose to a temperature ranging from 54.0 to 55.0 DEG C from the temperature ranging from 47.0 to 48.0 DEG C, the temperature of the wet balls is adjusted to the temperature ranging from 38.0 to 39.0 DEG C at a temperature rising speed of 1.5 DEG C +/- 0.5 DEG C every hour, and roasting is performed until tobacco leaves at the high temperature layer are dried, one thirds to half of the tobacco leaves at the lower temperature layer are dried, and tobacco main veins in the whole furnace turn into white. In the vein drying period, the temperature of the dried balls is rose to a temperature ranging from 67.0 to 68.0 DEG C, the temperature of the wet balls is adjusted to the temperature ranging from 40.0 to 41.0 DEG C at a temperature rising speed of 1.5 DEG C +/- 0.5 DEG C every hour, and roasting is performed until tobacco of the whole furnace is dried. According to the concoction technology, quality characteristic, style characteristic and availability in cigarette industries of toasted tobacco are remarkably improved and the stability is strong.
