According to the application, the 647 brand-new cigar SSR molecular markers are used for carrying out genotype analysis on a cigar genetic group, and a cigar SSR molecular marker genetic linkage map is constructed and obtained. A batch of (647) SSR molecular markers are brand new and have cigar type sources, can be used for genetic diversity analysis of tobacco, genetic linkage map construction, gene/QTL positioning, seed fingerprint construction (true and false identification), whole genome association analysis (GWAS) and molecular marker-assisted selection (MAS)/whole genome selection (GS), and can be used for cloning and verification of the gene/QTL. A batch of brand-new cigar SSR molecular markers are provided for cultivation of a new tobacco variety.
