Bulk curing barn for tobacco leaf low temperature stem drying

Fuente: WIPO "tobacco agriculture"
The invention discloses a tobacco leaf curing barn, and in particular relates to a bulk curing barn for low temperature stem drying. The barn comprises a bulk curing barn body. An internal dehumidification device is utilized to reduce the wet and dry bulb temperature in a stem drying stage after a fixation period by 53-54 DEG C to maintain the relative humidity Rh generated by the wet bulb temperature corresponding to the dry bulb temperature during the stem drying stage equal to or slightly lower than the relative humidity Rh corresponding to the dry and wet bulb temperature in the stem drying stage of the conventional drying process. A method of matching a variable frequency speed control fan with the cold air inlet valve opening degree to achieve that the relative humidity Rh in the stem drying stage is equal to or slightly lower than the relative humidity Rh in the stem drying stage of the conventional drying process. Finally, all tobacco leaves are dried within the time specifiedby the process. The bulk curing barn reduces the dry bulb temperature in the stem drying period, and is favorable for reducing the energy consumption. At the same time, the dried tobacco leaves not only has a significant increase in the orange color ratio, but also has a brighter color and a significantly improved taste.
