A series of tobacco leaf mature judging, harvesting and baking technologies with a low-temperature mediate-humidity seven-step baking process adopted as the axis and with the mature standard, the harvesting mode and the baking process associated are adopted. The process comprises the specific steps that 1, the KRK26 tobacco leaf mature harvesting standard includes four mature characteristics, the harvesting characteristics of the mature tobacco leaves at seven different positions and five harvesting rules; 2, four baking characteristics are adopted in KRK26 tobacco leaf baking; 3, the low-temperature mediate-humidity seven-step baking process operating drawing of the KRK26 tobacco leaves is determined, and operating essentials in various baking stages and five matters needing attention in the process executing process are provided according to the process drawing.
