The bacterium agent is obtained by amplification culturing a 3BT3 bacterium strain of Burkholderia, the bacterium strain is gram-negative short rod bacteria, the reaction of methyl red and V-P is positive, the reaction of hydrogen peroxidase is positive, the citrate utilization reaction is negative, the growth temperature is 10-40 DEG C, the maximum tolerable NaCl concentration is 5 percent, and the maximum toleratble pH value is 10.0. The method comprises the following steps of: 3BT3 strain activation, test tube slant cultivation, LB culture media shake flask breeding, seeding tank cultivation, to preparing a liquid-state bacterium agent or a solid-state bacterium agent after producing tank cultivation, and product package. The bacterium agent prepared by the method has the characteristics of low producing and use cost, and convenience in use. The application of the bacterium agent has important significance on preserving the ecological environment, protecting human healthy, and improving additional values of agricultural products; and the bacterium agent is suitable to be widely promoted and used in national tobacco production bases or places with green food logos.
