Fuente: Protein Report Dr. Jonathan Avesar leads all scientific and technical due diligence at Lever VC, specializing in cell culture and microbial fermentation technologies. Prior to joining Lever in 2019, he co-founded the biomedical company Nanosynex, where he continues to advise on research and development. Jonathan earned his Ph.D. from the Technion, where his research on angiogenesis was conducted in a stem cell and tissue engineering lab that pioneered cultured meat research in Israel.
