The peripheral flange defines an upper surface of the condiment cup and surrounds the outer periphery of the cup. In some embodiments, the cavity has a sloped sidewall that extends outwardly from a base portion of the cup to the peripheral flange. The condiment cups may also be provided with or without lidding and may include nesting/denesting features. Also provided are packaged condiments including a condiment disposed in a condiment cup and sealed therein with a lidding material.
