The bioenzyme includes: at least one of amino acid sequences represented by SEQ ID NO: 25; a fusion protein thereof; a mutant protein thereof; and a homologous protein thereof. The bioenzyme provided by the disclosure can be catalyzed to form a three-membered and/or four-membered oxygen heterocyclic structure of taxane molecule, so that a new gene resource is provided for improving the yield of related compounds with an oxetane ring group and an oxirane ring group (such as paclitaxel) and completing a synthetic pathway of the related compounds.
