Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTThis technique article describes a digital protocol for oral rehabilitation using injectable flowable composite resin. The method integrates intraoral scanning, digital smile design (DSD), and 3-dimensionally (3D) printed diagnostically waxed casts to fabricate silicone matrices for the sequential injection of composite resin. This technique successfully restored the patient's vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO) and provided a minimally invasive solution. A 5-year clinical follow-up confirmed the approach's durability, although periodic maintenance polishing was required.PMID:42624664 | DOI:10.1016/j.prosdent.2026.06.036
