This review investigates the molecular mechanisms of quercetin's effectiveness in cancer prevention and treatment. The diverse effects of quercetin on key molecular signaling pathways, including PI3K/Akt, MAPK, NF-κB, and Wnt/β-catenin, are investigated for their roles in cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and metastasis.
