Fecha de publicación: 29/12/2022 Fuente: WIPO (eseential oils OR extracts) This oil extracting device is provided with : a cocoon-shaped barrel in which a pair of circular arc parts of two cylinders are continuous with each other; a supply part that has a pair of screw shafts externally fitted to two respective rotary shafts, and that supplies an oil-containing solid material to inside the barrel; an oil extracting part that extracts the oil from the oil-containing solid material; an oil recovery part that recovers the extracted oil; and a heating part that, before the oil-containing solid material is compressed by the oil extracting part, heats the oil-containing solid material to not more than the lower temperature from among the melting point of the solid material and the allowable heating temperature of the oil. The cross-sectional area of a flow path of the oil-containing solid material formed between the outer surface of a compressing screw element and the inner surface of the barrel is set to be less than the cross-sectional area of a flow path of the oil-containing solid material formed between the outer surface of a conveying screw element and the inner surface of the barrel.
