The present invention provides a medical document management system and a management method using same, the medical document management system comprising: a document analysis unit which analyzes the formats of medical documents and extracts data by using a machine learning algorithm; a data storage unit which stores the extracted data from the document analysis unit; and a digital document generation unit which generates digital documents corresponding to the medical documents by using the extracted data and the analyzed formats.
