This webinar will focus on advancements in mzmine, an open-source MS data processing tool with workflows for various MS modalities, including hyphenations with chromatography, ion mobility spectrometry, and mass spectrometry imaging. A highlight will be the interactive molecular networking linked to statistical analysis in mzmine. Furthermore, an automatic spectral library generation workflow will be highlighted.
