A weight loss composition may include a first component and a second component, wherein the combination of the first and second components may be effective in promoting weight loss. The first element may include a fat blocker, a filler component, and a first insulin sensitizer. The second element may comprise a fat growth suppressant and a second insulin sensitizer.
