The compositions comprise a Thyme extract in a non-comedogenic carrier oil and may further comprise additional active agents, including oregano extract, clary sage extract, and salicylic acid. In certain embodiments, the Thyme extract comprises red thyme essential oil and the carrier oil comprises avocado-derived oil or olive-derived oil. The compositions are useful for treating acne and, in some embodiments, reduce the number and/or severity of acne lesions.
