The method further comprises separating the extracted essential oil from the hydrosol and generating heat maps for indicating optical density values and facilitate visualization of antifungal susceptibility data. The method further comprises incubating the separated essential oil followed. The method further comprises determining antimicrobial activity of 10 separated essential oil, by performing agar well diffusion and measuring a zone of clearance of inhibition for fungal growth. Finally, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the separated essential oil is determined.
