This utility model relates generally to the food and beverages industry; most specifically to the process of making spicy Nipa Palm (Nypa fruticans) wine made of locally produced Nipa Palm wine infused with dried cayenne (Capsicum annuum). These recipe is a perfect combination to create locally produced spice-infused wine. This will allow our local wine maker to compete with the alcoholic beverages market as well as to innovate the locally produced nipa palm wine.
