EFFERVESCENT COMPOSITION FOR THE NUTRITION AND BIOSTIMULATION OF POTTED PLANTS AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The invention relates to a process for preparing an effervescent composition for the nutrition and biostimulation of potted plants. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists of the following steps: distillation of wine yeast for the recovery of alcohol and flavor components, ethyl esters of fatty acids, enzymatic hydrolysis of wine yeast with a mixture of enzymes containing β -glucanases and proteases, cooling of the hydrolyzate and addition of 30% phosphoric acid solution until a pH value of 1 is reached, concentration of the mixture up to 15% dry matter and drying it in a two-roller dryer, mixing of the dry product scraped from the drum dryer, in the ball mill, together with eggshells and potassium bicarbonate, resulting in a composition having a content of 4.73 ... 4.94% total nitrogen, 4.04 ... 4.76% calcium carbonate, 1.31 ... 1, 58% trace elements and microelements, especially calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper and 0.49 ... 1.34% total polyphenols.
