The invention relates to double-layer steam type cooking wine brewing equipment for grain wine processing, and belongs to the technical field of wine brewing production equipment.The double-layer steam type cooking wine brewing equipment comprises a cooking barrel, an inner pipe is arranged in the cooking barrel and is coaxial with the cooking barrel, a plurality of steam guide openings are evenly formed in the middle of the inner wall of the inner pipe in a surrounding mode, and a double-end threaded rod is arranged in the inner pipe in a penetrating mode and is coaxial with the inner pipe; the double-end threaded rod is rotationally connected with the bottom of the cooking barrel, the two plate bodies are symmetrically arranged in the two ends of the inner pipe in a penetrating mode respectively, the two plate bodies are connected with the inner wall of the inner pipe in a sliding and sealing mode respectively, and the plate bodies are connected with the double-end threaded rod in a threaded and sealing mode; according to the double-layer steam digester, the thermal insulation double-layer steam digester is formed by the digesting barrel and the inner pipe, after steam is guided in through the steam guide port, grain raw materials can be digesting, the pressure in the double-layer steam digester is slowly increased through matched use of the double-end threaded rod and the two plate bodies, it is avoided that steam needs to be guided in again, and the steam digester is convenient to use. The cooking operation safety of the raw material grains is improved; the wine brewing cost is reduced.
